REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR FINANCING

• Both the applicant and the co-applicant need to submit a colored  notarized copy of their passport
• Two bank references from banks that you have been dealing with for at least 18 months
• Pictures of the subject property
• Name that property is being registered under
• Original title of property
• Copies of property tax receipts for subject property
• An updated appraisal of the subject property must be attached
• Personal Financial Information Sheet
