RESORT ACCOMODATIONS AND RATES

All rates at Los Portico Villas are subject to a 9% hotel tax. Visa and Master Card are accepted. Rates are based on quad occupancy. $15.00 per person will be charged for additional person.Maximum occupancy 6.  Daily housekeeping is provided.

Ocean Front Villas W/ Private Pool

These villas are located directly on the ocean, and are pampered with a private pool. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen comes complete with stainless steel ice dispensing refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, blender and microwave. Two spacious bedrooms- master has private veranda , and both bedrooms have a 4 piece ensuite with his and her sinks. Washer, dryer, internet, cable T.V.  granite countertops and  spacious verandas put the finishing touches on the suites. 

Summer Rate: $350.00 per night  •  Winter Rate: $400.00 per night

Ocean Front Villas

The seaside Premium villas offer the best of both worlds; gorgeous ocean views as well as fantastic pool side views. These villas are elegantly decorated and come complete with  stainless steel appliances in the full sized kitchen, two large bedrooms each with private 4 piece ensuite, an additional 2 piece bath,  private verandas, internet, cable T.V. granite counter top s, and did we mention the view?

Summer Rate: $325.00 per night  •  Winter Rate: $375.00 per night

Deluxe Poolside Villas with Ocean View

Brand new and truly exceptional, these villas are perfect for any family on vacation. Right across from the  new pool and swim up bar; these 2 bedroom villas offer everything and anything you would need to have a great time.  Fully furnished and professional decorated, the villas are comfortable and inviting. Each unit comes ready with  stainless steel appliances, and beautiful hand crafted  beds and dining set. 2 full bathrooms, with the master  bath hosting a luxurious corner tub, and  open shower.  Also included is internet and  cable T.V.  as well as spacious  private verandas.

Garden View Villas

Nestled amongst the lush foliage and exotic flowers, this suite offers a quite getaway. With two bedrooms and two full baths, there is room to spare. A fully equipped kitchen and cable  TV in the fully furnished living room gives you every convenience for a comfortable stay.  Large private verandas to curl up with a good book.  This suite does not have ocean view.

Summer Rate: $165.00 per night  •  Winter Rate: $190.00 per night

 Serene One Bedroom Villas

This villa is so comfortable you might not leave it at all! A four poster queen sized bed and single bed, along with a fully equipped kitchen, three piece bath and cable TV helps to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Excellent bargain, but without a view.

Garden View Studio
